Wilmer Valderrama, Nick Lachey and Nicky Hilton are partners in work and play -- and TMZ has the shots to prove it!


The hottie threesome were all at Luxor's club LAX, getting their party on with shots of tequila after the opening of Company -- their restaurant partnership.

Though the boys had no trouble downing their Patron, Nicky had to sip hers.

49. I don't know what is going on in everybody's mind about Nick Lachey. I don't think he is a one hit wonder, have you heard his last CD What's left of me, I wish that CD came out when I separated from my ex.
You people have nothing better to do than bash others well then that discribes your mentality, well I think that alot of you are jealous, and so what if he has a drink in his hand it just means that he is having fun. Get over it.
