Sacha Baron Cohen -- No Sexytime for Fans

Sacha Baron Cohen -- aka Ali G aka Borat aka Bruno -- was popping in and out of various buildings in Manhattan, like the Mercer Hotel and the Seagram Building, all to help shill for "Sweeney Todd," in which he plays an "Italian" salesman.


But despite the pleadings of his adoring public, the very new father couldn't stop to scribble a few autographs or take a snap. Wonder what he signs? Borat?

Perhaps his delicate Kazakhi constitution couldn't quite deal with the absurdly cold New York evening.

5. Oh so now he wants to be treated like, dress like and act "normal"? Sorry, it doesnt work that way..not after the way you ripped innocent people for some cheap laughs. 8. As we all know, Johnny has been named Top Autograph signer by Autograph Collector magazine three years in a row now. In fact, TMZ has a video clip of Johnny taking lots of time during the filming of POTC 3 to greet fans and sign autographs while Orlando Bloom was whisked away in a car. Sasha is too involved with is own self-importance to bother with the likes of those who pay hard earned money to go to his movies. He needs to take a lesson in humility from Depp who is the mega-star Cohen can only dream about being. Johnny never lets his fans down. That's why we love him.

10. He wasn't blowing off fans. He was blowing off professional autograph hounds that will turn around and sell whatever he signed.

I've met Sasha three times. He was courteous and pleasant. The first time I met him, he signed a DVD for me as Ali G and a pic as Borat.

After second look, I think it was autograph hounds he was avoiding, I bet he wouldn't ignore me and acouple of my girlfriends, small, petite blonds and a brunette, maybe some day we get to meet , we LOVE Ali G, and Sasha, you are tied with Colin Farrel, for the greatest eyes/eybrows in the biz!

15. I do love Sasha, i will give him the benefit of the doubt that it was the press he was avoiding, I hate to think he was rude to fans, time will tell. BTW, he is so hot, his gf is pretty, but, he has fame now, looks, money, she better keep him on a short leash. There are tons of gorgeous girls, such as meself, just waiting for him to give us a wink. On a note, read that he was friends with Courtney Cox, yuck, other than Lisa Kudrow, the whole freinds cast are a bunch of stuck up morons, who have done nothing since. NEVER watched that show.
