teri hatcherTeri Hatcher is being sued by skin care company Hydroderm, because she allegedly broke a contract by plumping her lips with a different product.

TMZ obtained this lawsuit filed against the "Desperate Housewives" star in an L.A. Court, claiming she broke her anti-competition clause with Hydroderm by endorsing a City Cosmetics product, Lip Plumper. Pimping out her lips!

Hydroderm paid Hatcher $2.4 million to exclusively endorse their product. According to the suit, Hatcher using the City Cosmetics product directly competes with Hydroderm's lip enhancer. The company now wants their money back -- all $2.4 million plus 400K in additional expenses!

A rep for Hatcher did not return our call for comment.

32. Ok, I actually stopped watching Desp HW...JUST because I hated Teery H...She is a 80 yr old skeletron w/NO acting abilty. Srsly,,,Like the small kids in sitcoms...she has ONE look...Bumbling! Who in their right mind would EVER sponsor her????Maybe formaldehyde? She sersly is the effing bottom of the effin g barrel.. No effin g talent...desprte to HOLD on t anything... sad, sad cyuuunt

33. What I want to know is WTH happened to Terri Hatchers eyes? Her one eye is all funky and skewed (like a botched eyelift), and her one eyebrow looks like it's pi**ed-off at the rest of her face and is trying to run toward the back of her head. Spooky.

34. ok so your saying she probably got up one morning, and put on a differnt product. and someone found out. what are they doing watching in her bathroom window as she showers and washes her face in the morning? goodness. im sorry but I own more than one lipstick or lotion, brand or what ever, so this woman isnt allowd to? maybe next time read the fine print before you buy a seperate product
