Ellen Scores Interview with Bush

The President is a busy man, what with trying to run the country and all, but Ellen DeGeneres found a way to get him on the phone -- by using his daughter!

Jenna Bush is a guest today on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," and by the end of the interview, Ellen had talked to the First Daughter, First Lady and the Commander-in-Chief himself, with George admitting he was "glad to talk" to her.

Isn't that guy too busy to talk on the phone ...?

62. Wow, swell, you're really dumb! I'm surprised you didn't say we went to war over oil. I'm sure you're with Rosie and believe in the 911 conspiracy too.

Since when do gays have moral codes? I never thought that. I just think marriage should be between a man and a woman. Most people believe this. Your hill is a very far climb to get what you want. I don't see it happening.

63. Bush is trying to repair his image by having his spawn on ellen and having a meeting with al gore. He is just trying to not go down in history books as the most hated president. That would take a miracle. Douche bag he is. :|

64. A man talked to his daughter, period. Ya'll try to make a mountain out of a mole hill. Sheesh, get over yourselves. If he didn't have time to talk to her, you would say he is EVIL! Get real about own lives, when that is perfect, then you can pick on others.

65. veda, at least Barbara's got engaged. Chelsea's lucky she has the Clinton name or no one would want to touch her with a 10 foot pole.

Barbara's getting married at their ranch. Don't worry your welfare check will still be intact. No wedding at the White House.

67. My husband is a Marine officer and has deployed twice in support of the war and will likely return (because no matter what the Dems say, they're not getting us out of there any faster than Bush). He does not, nor do the majority of the troops, feel that they have been "tricked". Nor do they feel all warm and fuzzy because morons say "we support the troops, but not the war". You're against everything they do over there, but hey, you support them and "don't hold them responsible". Great, thanks!

My husband and his PRT built schools and mosques, brought medical and vet personnel/supplies, solar power, running water, etc. to villages. Most of the time they had to travel by foot to reach the remote areas. To say this war is just about oil disgraces every moment he and the others have spent there. Ever heard of OPEC? Do some research into how the oil industry ACTUALLY works.

68. Hey MOOD CHIC, I never even brought sexual orientation into my comment.... It was purely politics....but yes I am gay and very proud of who I am...and sure some gay people are Od....but I've met a hell of alot more straight weirdos out there...

69. Never mind KM,
I have to admit I thought I would get a far more intelligent response from you. Guess I was wrong. If understanding what you wrote makes me smart then I must be dumb because most of your post makes no sense at all and it appears that you must be spitting at the screen as you type. LOL Since I now get that I’m probably arguing with a 12 year old I’ll stop.

Rosie who???

70. Meadow you're a retard, and as for the rest of you who just can't understand Bush speaking to Ellen because she's gay and he doesn't believe being gay is right, you're even more retarded. Not agreeing with a person's lifestyle does NOT mean you still can't interact or show common courtesy to that person as a human being. Grow up. And no, I don't like Bush. But I am open minded enough to be able to explain to you preschoolers why he did this.

75. KM
Republicans are the ones who don't think it's OK to be gay. Yet every time you turn around, one of them is involved in some kind of same sex scandal.
