That is most def Dwayne The Rock Johnson. Look at the tat on his chest. He is what we call Blac-moan (Black - Samoan). Rocky Johnson is a black Canadian man and his mom Ata is a Samoan woman from Hawaii. He got a title in 2004 from his GrandMom's peeps in Samoa. He is a high chief also(honorary title).
