Celebuspawn fashion loon Rumer Willis was caught arriving for a GQ party last night at Chateau Marmont -- in a brand new outfit -- with the tags still attached. Store credit only!
Showing up in some sort of sheer number, Rumer was clueless about the attachment, seen clearly through her top. Looks like someone pointed out the fashion faux pas inside, however, and the tag was gone when she left.

13. The blond hair didn't work out to well for her, now did it? She looks like Demi before all the work began. It's a shame. Her body is still natural and not bad. I'm sure she will get a boob job or at least lip injections before her parent induced job at the golden globes. The youngest sister is pretty however.

14. TMZ, why are you wasting space on the LOSER? If there ever was an example of someone who's in the media solely to promote themselves (despite any discernable talent), it's this bitch. She is FUGLY; she looks like she got the top 1/2 of bruce's head, & the lower 1/2 of demi's. She has NO TALENTS; she can't act, sing, dance, write, play an instrument or anything; she's known ONLY because of her last name. Lastly, she now thinks she's "famous". She had the audacity to say "I'm glad I'm famous, although fame is like a 24 hour job".
