A "Demeaning" Vivica Fox Pleads No Contest

Actress Vivica A. Fox has pleaded no contest to DUI.

The charges stem from an incident last March, when cops pulled over the "Booty Call" star on a California highway. According to police, she failed a field sobriety test and blew over the legal limit of .08.

As TMZ first reported, cops say Fox was "demeaning" and made several racist comments to arresting officers. The situation got so heated, a patrol sergeant had to be called to the scene. The report says Fox called one officer, who is white, a "racist," and that "Fox then burped quite loudly and [the officer] then aborted the test."

She was sentenced to three years probation, must pay a fine and enroll in a 90-day alcohol education program.

Would I call myself an English, Irish, American Indian, Mexican American? No, becasue that would sound stupid. Besides, it has already been proven that ALL life came from Africa. Whites have all the advantage in this world just based on the colour of their skin. Why you think you should get "WET" channel or some mainly white award. Half you already get nominated in our awards (ex. BET award-nominated Justin Timberlake, Robin Thicke), dominate television, music and film (no matter how much crappy hip hop is played) and win beauty contests and reality shows, "white" image still being the definition of what beauty is, and a women running for president may still be likely to win and has more chances now than the BLACK man that is still running, all because of lack of "experience", or that we don't know the kind of person he is in order to vote for him. Really now, how much more are white people are going to have until black people can have the right to call something our own or be how we want to be without recieving the backlash? No, some white people still have some things that come easy, so don't ever think we are the only people that have felt like we have a right to be who we are no matter what. Some whites are like that too.
