A "Demeaning" Vivica Fox Pleads No Contest

Actress Vivica A. Fox has pleaded no contest to DUI.

The charges stem from an incident last March, when cops pulled over the "Booty Call" star on a California highway. According to police, she failed a field sobriety test and blew over the legal limit of .08.

As TMZ first reported, cops say Fox was "demeaning" and made several racist comments to arresting officers. The situation got so heated, a patrol sergeant had to be called to the scene. The report says Fox called one officer, who is white, a "racist," and that "Fox then burped quite loudly and [the officer] then aborted the test."

She was sentenced to three years probation, must pay a fine and enroll in a 90-day alcohol education program.

82. #79 You are soooooooo right!!!!! I am so freakin' sick of the double standard we have in this country with regard to race. The first mention of a white person using the "N" word and their careers are over and they are all but banished from society without a second thought. However it is considered perfectly acceptable for blacks to say ANYTHING they wish about white people or for them to use that horribly degrading, disrespectful, hateful "N" word themselves. How is it that the same word is somehow less degrading, disrespectful or hateful when it comes from the mouth of a black person? Why is it that it is perfectly acceptable for black comedians to make joke after joke about caucasians and were supposed to laugh along with them, but the SLIGHTEST hint of ANY comment aimed toward an "African-American" and suddenly no one has a sense of humor anymore and ALL white people are racist.
I'm all for equality, but equality means being treated the SAME. When time after time, after time, it has become so obvious that EQUAL treatment is not what they are after. SUPERIOR treatment seems to be what a lot of African Americans feel they are entitled to.

Own up, Lady! You broke the law. That's why you were arrested. BTW, alcohol takes its toll on the looks, or is that why you've needed so much plastic surgery?

Y'know, I don't agree with what Kiefer did, but at least he had enough class to shut up and suffer the consequences of his actions. Oh, and he's not in jail because he's black.
