So you know that story flying around the Internet that Donald Trump left a $10,000 tip on an $80 bill at a Santa Monica restaurant? So not true.

The New York Post reports that Trump wasn't even in California on Monday, when Derober.com says he left the gargantuan gratuity. As usual, Trump had plenty to say about it: "This was done by the stupid restaurant to get publicity ... It's not my signature."

The website had claimed that Trump tipped the absurd amount at the Buffalo Club to outdo Jerry Bruckheimer's largesse.

The Material Mama really is just like everyone else in New York -- she wants more space, and now she's suing for it.

Madge filed suit yesterday in Manhattan Supreme Court, alleging that the co-op board at her ritzy Central Park West building isn't letting her expand her current 6,000-square-foot duplex pad into her ex-neighbor's place, which is in the midst of being sold. The summons accuses the co-op board of breach of contract for holding up that sale, and demands that her shares be transferred.

Neither the board nor the ex-neighbor could be reached for comment.

Jack – Angelica Beat Me Up!


When Jack Nicholson knocked up another woman while he was still in a relationship with Anjelica Huston, Anjelica found Jack, and as he reveals to Parade, beat the s**t out of him.

Jack tells the mag, "Anjelica can punch," but she also suggested that he support Rebecca Broussard after they had a baby together. As for his life at 70, after the various relationships and heartaches, says Jack, "I'm a scamp. I don't deny it. I like myself."

One thing Jack does not like, as TMZ has found in abundance: the glare of light.

It is NOT unusual for co-op boards to deny expansion, why? When you buy your apartment in a co-op, you buy shares of the total value of the building, not necessarily physical space.

Decisions in the building are voted on -- with owners of large blocks of shares having more clout than owners of lesser amounts of shares. If an owner has too many shares, it upsets the equality of the building and that owner gets too much power over the running of the building.

Co-ops work because the shares are strictly calculated at the time of the formation of the cop-op. When the footprint of the co-op changes radically, it undermines the system.

Simply put, if Madonna wants to expand, she will be better to look for a new apartment in a building with larger apartment footprints. It's the equivalent of building a mansion on a piece of property originally designed for bungalows.

42. Well that certainly is TRUMPS SIGNATURE. He has a very distinctive signature. It's the end of the year and maybe he was going to write it off as an end of the year business expense, but since the check is posted in it's full glory on derober.com it's hard to dispute. I think the Buffalo Club should've kept their big traps shut. Celebrities don't go to places to have their stuff put online for the world to see......especially a dinner check...new trend?

She probably wants to run the whole building and doesn't care if it upsets whomever...I can only imagine what it must be like to deal with this whirlwind of a bitch. Why this midget would need more room is beyond me. And that fake British accent. I went to England for years and spent time there and am also from Michigan and never did I start to speak like them. I understood their speech pattern better (West enders vs. East enders) North vs. South, etc. She's a terrible actress and not believable in her self anointed role as Queen of England.
