52. MAYBE AMY WILL DO AN ACCIDENTAL OVERDOSE, WHAT CRAP, SHE IS STUPID ALSO. THEY JUST PLAIN DON'T LISTEN.

DRUGS KILL PEOPLE DRUGS KILL, RIVER PHOENIX MOVIE STAR, KEVIN DUBROW, Sid Vicious, who lived faster than most, also died younger - of a heroin overdose in 1979.
Changing music's booze and drugs culture may seem a faint hope, but - the exploits of Pete Doherty and Amy Winehouse .........................Dee Dee Ramone - bassist for the 70s punk rock band The Ramones died from a drug overdose on June 7th, 2002. JANIS JOPLIN, JIM MORRISON, JOHN BELUSHI. WILL PEOPLE NEVER LEARN, I GUESS NOT, UNTIL WE STOP CALLING IT ACCIDENTAL AND STOP TRYING TO HIDE THE TRUTH, AND MAKE IT A SLAP AND TICKLE.

54. Kevin was instrumental in the fight against censorship of any kind for music CD's. He, along with Frank Zappa testified before Congressional panels and attempted to thwart Al Gore's wife and others on Capital Hill in the early 90's from labeling and/or banning lyrics deemed too horible for young minds. He was a smart musician and he will be missed. May God bless his soul.

56. RIP, bro!

truly it's the only way for some of these musician artist-types to exit once the fanfare fizzles.

wasn't Quiet Riot playing at like 7/11's by the time this happened? i honestly believe i read a few years ago that they were playing dinner theatre and 7/11 and similar venues.

We're gonna get wild
Wild, wild, wild
We're gonna get rocked tonight [in Eternity]

59. #56-jillconway, that's is the best statement I've read today. Doing drugs when you're young to experiment and find out they are bad is one thing to keep doing them and die at such weird age from an overdose is another!!

60. it saddens me how many musicians, both great and not so great, abuse their bodies. think of how many great ones we've lost.....like john entwistle, who died on the eve of the who's 2002 tour....or layne staley....keith moon...john bonham....janis joplin...the list goes on and on.
