TMZ has learned that the royal wedding of the year is O-F-F! *crickets* *snickering* *chortling*

An MTV insider tells us that America's favorite couple, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, have come to their collective senses and called off their impending nuptials (which were never going to happen anyway) ... for now. As for their relationship, they're still together ... for now. At least until season four!

83. In an attempt to keep the cash coming in, Montag and Pratt are reportedly cooking up plans for a fake engagement breakup. Though MTV denies it, OK! reports that Pratt has told his friends that both he and Montag will attempt to sell their sides of the split to celebrity magazines before rekindling their relationship. These 2 are trying to cash in on us....don't let them. We are not a naive audience.

You think negative attention is better than nothing (according to your silly website). Whoever recorded that cd just lost a bundle and for her clothing line. She doesn't have a big fan base. The Hills fans will NOT buy from Heidi or you because most can't stand you and would refuse to wear anything with you or Heidi's name on it. Spencer, you think you will be rich by age 30, well think of a new plan because this one will bankrupt you. I hope The Hills dumps you and Heidi for Kristin and Stephen.

87. What a shock! Pleeezzz. One thing you should never let happen is a so called "man" come between you and your bestfriend. LC was always there for her from day 1, and she repays her by shunning her out of her life like that. She's no friend to anyone. Her mom even told her that when she went to visit with "her man". She is green with envie once she saw that LC was getting more air time then she was. Maybe once she comes down from the clouds, she'll realize how much of an a*s she has become.
