TMZ has learned Britney Spears will finally take the oath and have her deposition taken -- and it's happening tomorrow at 10 AM.
Sources say Britney will roll to the Los Angeles offices of K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan. Her legal team, which includes Anne Kiley and Tara Scott, will be there to raise objections -- and expect lots of them.
Those sources say the depo could last several days. Kaplan has been trying to get Brit under oath for nearly a year and he'll be asking a range of questions relating to child custody and, we believe, spousal support.
TMZ will present live streaming video of Brit's arrival beginning at 9:00 AM PT.

I think it's terrible how the media has been trialing Ms. Spears in the media. Especially when it's involving innocent babies. Everything is not for your kids and the public to know. She just needs to grow up and realize she has to change her style because she is a mother now. I don't think she should lose her kids because of it. Also, it is terrible how these new charaters follow her around and report her every move. She does not even have breathing room. It probably makes her very nevous. I am suprised it has not been reported what time she went to the bathroom and what time she came out.
Ha-ha you guys, all weâre going to see tomorrow, is Britney arriving for her deposition - and with her itâs always a BIG maybe.
What I canât understand - is what has kept her so busy for almost a year that she couldnât schedule this before.
The only people who will be present are: Britney, Kevin, their lawyers, a court reporter, and the two observers who are there in lieu of her having her deposition video taped. Remember, Kevin wanted it video taped because he claims her responses are sarcastic and condescending. The observers are there to report to the Commish if they thought they were.
Britney can do herself a favor and go over her responses with her attorney, (if she hasnât already), and make sure she has a relaxing night and go to bed early, so she can be bright eyed and bushy tail, tomorrow.
I hope she doesnât plan on going out tonight, or go drinking or use any drugs. She should make sure her hair and body are clean, and decide what sheâll wear tomorrow ⦠something that a mature woman of 26 would wear to a classy office. She should certainly NOT wear the blouses she been passing off as dresses.
Although, how she looks and dresses may sound superficial, it shows respect for other people. Sheâs going to a law office, where all the ladies will be dressed, as Iâve described ⦠even the secretaries, and receptionist.
She has to remember that the observers will be reporting on her.
