Who needs Santa Claus when Mario Lopez is handing out implants?

The hunky "Dancing with The Stars" runner-up pimped himself out again last night -- this time to host a train wreck called "Boobs Or Bust 2" at Jet Nightclub in Las Vegas. Nice work if you can get it!

TMZ caught Super Mario burning up the dance floor with a group of pint-size Spice Girl look-a-likes from Beacher's Madhouse before one needy patron was eventually awarded $5000 toward a new set of knockers -- just for shakin' her half-naked junk in front of complete strangers.

Her parents must be so proud!

30. I am an ex stripper. i would not get breast implants if someone gave them to me, My ex roommate is dead as a result of autoimmune disorder stemming from silicone implants. She was on life support for a long time before she died. She passed away at only 42 years of age. even the saline implants are still silicone coated. Ive known women whose breasts started leaking the silicone , and many other horrors that stem from these unsafe things that science has wrongly passed off to the public as being safe. Women who fall for getting this done to themselves are sad indeed. Sorry for being a wet blanket, but I speak the truth.
