No doubt about it, Kate's outfit really does blow!
76. The coat is very "in", but the rest of the outfit is a little off-beat... She should fire her stylist.
But she could've pulled this look off if she had worn a knee-length black dress underneith- for a little more conservative look. Leotards are not flattering on most people, especially if seen walking down the street.
