Sources tell TMZ Britney Spears is defying the legal process and has decided not to attend her deposition.

One source directly in contact with Britney tells us, "There's a million people outside of her house. She can see all the other madness (presumably she's looking at our live streaming video). The anxiety is making her sick. It's just too crazy."

That ain't gonna fly with the court.

Leave her alone... the more and more attention this girl gets... the deeper and deeper her hole gets... ppl say u go up from rock bottom but as soon as she hits it ... they hand her a shovle... despite the smirk that ppl that never liked her get when they see another brittney story or the ppl that follow her and feel she is a victim to society...what about the kids!!!!... yeah their with dad but man the cards they were dealt.... kevin as a dad and druggy spears as a mom... how sad.
