K-Fed's Attorney -- "She Didn't Show!"

I'm sick y'all! According to K-Fed's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, Britney Spears has some sort of medical condition or illness that prevented her from showing up to today's court-ordered deposition.

As for when another depo will happen, Kaplan wouldn't say. But he did say he will seek some sort of relief from the court. Someone's pissed!

Our sources are telling us that she is sick -- sick with anxiety.

17. GET HER KAPLAN!!!

Make her commit suicide!

A child (or children) does NOT need their mother when they are THAT bad off and could care less about their children!

She is such a horrible mother and I hope the judge sticks it to her!!

21. well i would have anxiety to if hundreds of people where just waiting for me to fail. but anyway, hers my question if this is so important and has to be done, but does not have to be done in a court why cant all the lawyers and anyone else that needs to be involved go to britneys house and take the deposition.

22. TMZ should feel shame. What you people are doing to Britney is not right. You had a god damn live streaming video to watch go get deposed. You people are sick. I feel so sorry for Britney. She is stalked 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year and lucky her next year is a leap year so she get one extra day with you douchebags.

23. Yep I agree, she'll be driving around aimlessly in a few hours, I hope the courts nail her for this. Just give the kids to Kfed Brit, you sure as hell have proved you don't care about them :(

27. Wow. Whoever thought K-Fed would be the responsible one here? Even if he is motivated by money he still wants those boys to be safe. She could care less. She would totally let her bboys kick it with Michael Jackson.

28. #18--Elizabeth--Are you smoking crack? The lawyers should go to her house? WHY?!?

Posted at 2:14PM on Dec 12th 2007 by the idiots have gathered

29. Brit thinks her pop star status not necessary to being there. She must felt its best to check her lists first before she is done then the very last thing to go to the courthouse.

30. How convenient that she is sick on the day that she is supposed to give a deposition under oath! She truly is a f*** up and does not deserve to have custody of those two beautiful boys. She has shown nothing that proves that she is a decent mother. Team KFed all the way!!!!!! (I never thought those words would come out of my mouth.)
