K-Fed's Attorney -- "She Didn't Show!"

I'm sick y'all! According to K-Fed's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, Britney Spears has some sort of medical condition or illness that prevented her from showing up to today's court-ordered deposition.

As for when another depo will happen, Kaplan wouldn't say. But he did say he will seek some sort of relief from the court. Someone's pissed!

Our sources are telling us that she is sick -- sick with anxiety.

As is well known here, I'm not pro or con either parent.

But it is deeply disturbing to continue to read the comments that are in favor of her committing suicide. I'm not trying to preach, but for the love of God, have any of you ever had a friend or family member who did commit suicide?

If you have, then you would not say something so horrendous and expect it to be humorous or even humane. Suicide is an act of desperation when there is nothing left and your soul has been sucked dry.

It is the ugly black dog of death and is not something to snicker about.

Those young boys don't need to grow up knowing that the battle over them cost their mother her life.

66. She could be held in contempt and forced to do the deposition from jail before the judge allows for her release. That would suck for her. I do think she's gotten where she shows no respect towards the courts. I don't really like k-fed but you gotta do what you don't want to sometimes - actually a lot when it comes to being a parent. I think k-fed is just after her $ myself. Anyways, she better get her act together or that media circus outside her house is going to be waiting for her outside of jail one day really soon. I hate it for her too. Actually I hate it for her beautiful children.

75. Hotsauce and kelly: This is a deposition in a lawyer's office, not a court appearance. I wish it were so they could throw her ass in jail but it's not.
