K-Fed's Lawyer to Brit -- I'll Slap You Down B!

Britney SpearsKFed's lawyer is fed up with Britney Spears, and we're told he's going in deep -- for sanctions!

Sources connected with the case tell TMZ powerhouse lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan is furious that Britney was too sick to depo yesterday morning but not too sick to party in the evening. We're told plans are underway for Kaplan to ask Commissioner Scott Gordon in the custody case to bar Britney from asking for anything more than she already has under court order.

We're told this is the fourth time Britney has been a no-show for her depo. Sources say Kaplan feels that Britney should not be allowed to have her Twinkie and eat it too. In other words, she should not be allowed to go into court and ask to restore custody if she won't sit for a deposition to determine if she really is a fit parent.

Kaplan could ask for other penalties, including attorney's fees. He could also ask that Brit be held in contempt, but we're told he probably won't go there.

16. Ok, I wonder why he wouldn't ask for contempt of court? That just shows K-Fed in a better light to me. Not wanting his kids mom to go to jail. I cant believe I like him better every day.

18. They need to issue a bench warrent and haul her sorry ass into court and put her in jail for contempt of court. Give her a few days in jail to detox and then force her into rehab. Take her car keys away and put her on house arrest. Just keep her home or put her in jail. If it was any one else she would have been in jail long ago. The more she acts this way the more we all have to agree that Kfed is right and she shouldn't have those kids because they are unimportant to her. She's one sick little girl!!!!

26. Gads........this chick looks worse everyday. When the hell is somebody gonna step in and stop all this craziness??? She absolutely has no respect for the law, let alone, her children, or the public she puts in danger every time she is behind the wheel of a car. I mean, somewhere, out there, isn't there ANYONE who can stop this insanity??????? The courts have to step in NOW........so go get her Kaplan, and anyone else who gets in your way. And I also, have found I am starting to like K Fed more everyday........man, what does that say about MEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yikes.

27. If she won't sit for her deposition, she shouldn't get visitation. Unfortunately, it would punish her children more than her. Wonder how many weeks she would hold out.

29. Enough already......Brittney NEEDS to go to jail for contempt. Had it been any one of us we would've been incarcerated already. She called out, sick, and then went partying? She doesnt want those children....they're just like store-boughten puppies to her. She has NO RIGHT being a Mother. Shameful, shameful behaviour and her Mother should be ashamed for raising such a trashy little pig! All Brit-Brit is interested in is getting a photo shoot with the paps and getting away with acting like an a**hole!!! Give those babies to the father and make her pay child support and dont let her see them. She might embarrass them to death anyway.
I dont understand how a woman can give birth and not care about her babies.....something DREADFULLY wrong there.
