K-Fed's Lawyer to Brit -- I'll Slap You Down B!

Britney SpearsKFed's lawyer is fed up with Britney Spears, and we're told he's going in deep -- for sanctions!

Sources connected with the case tell TMZ powerhouse lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan is furious that Britney was too sick to depo yesterday morning but not too sick to party in the evening. We're told plans are underway for Kaplan to ask Commissioner Scott Gordon in the custody case to bar Britney from asking for anything more than she already has under court order.

We're told this is the fourth time Britney has been a no-show for her depo. Sources say Kaplan feels that Britney should not be allowed to have her Twinkie and eat it too. In other words, she should not be allowed to go into court and ask to restore custody if she won't sit for a deposition to determine if she really is a fit parent.

Kaplan could ask for other penalties, including attorney's fees. He could also ask that Brit be held in contempt, but we're told he probably won't go there.

91. I would really like to see someone slap GayFed's lawyer and that judge. I have never seen a case where someone is getting railroaded more than Britney. Britney please get you a new set of attorneys that will look after you.

94. #75 you need help darlin. First, you can't spell, obviously a high school drop out. Second, if you had any sense at all, you would know that it is just not politically correct to capitalize everything you type, so you must be a computer 101 drop out also. Lastly, we all don't hate Brit. We have a genuine concern for the well being of 2 little boys that she so mistakenly brought into this world....(her words by the way), and we just don't GET how she manages to GET away with all this nonsense. 99. Britney needs to start thinking with a clear head and do the right thing! No lawyer in the world can help a person with that! She needs to step down off her imagined pedestal, realize her babies are not THINGS but PEOPLE with feelings and rights....and just do the right thing instead of all this crazy nonsense! We've been through his suggestion before. Brit can terminate her parental rights ... but she still has to pay the child support ... UNLESS Kevin agrees that she doesn't have to pay. Slim chance of that happening. Besides ... they deserve to have the standard of living they were born into.
