Laverne and Shirley were once my favorite shows. I really prefer comedy to any other show... Wish they would do some re-runs on TV. I'd be one of the first to watch, along with many others of the past......

I met both Penny Marshall and Cindy Williams and they were each great ladies. Sure, Shirley on Laverne And Shirley was a great role, but I will always remember most fondly her performance in that seminal classic, American Grafitti.
