32. Can't trust these transporters. I had a car delivered to Fl from NY. It arrived with a cracked windshield and gunk on the hood. Good news is about a week and a half ago, I traded it in for "A BRAND NEW CAR"-an 07 Malibu LT to be exact!

Obviously not only is she an ungrateful and spoiled person but she didnt read the release she signed to get on the show.I dont have a law degree but I can read that the release says they will not make the network or show liable for damages,issues etc.Better yet if the damage was that obvious and so bad why did it take her 3 years after winning and 2 years after discovering damage did she wait to file a lawsuit?

41. Imagine. Someone somewhere trying to slip a shoddy car past someone else. I'm soooooo surprised.
If she was supposed to win a new car, she should GET a new car, not some alleged knowingly damaged car fobbed off on her behind her back. Does anyone, anywhere do the right thing anymore in the U.S.?

42. A guy from Alaska won a boat from the price is right that was about $22,000 and instread of shipping the boat to Alaska, (which they said was to much for shipping) they just sent him a check. Why didn't they just do that for her ????

45. Come on. She wrecked it, got someone to say the car was already damaged because the big deep pocket of "price is right" will probably just settle to get rid of her. Trash like this person is what gives our court system a bad name. Shame on her and the jackass lawyer that filed suit. Please send some supporting email to the Price is Right, transport company and dealership to show these stupid lawsuits are out of hand.
