Contestant: The Prize is WRONG, Bitch!

A "Price is Right" contestant claims that she received a damaged vehicle instead of the BRAND NEW CAR!!! she was supposed to get after winning on the show -- and she's pissed!

In court papers filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Donna Tillman claims she came on down in June 2004 and won a new Pontiac GTO Coupe, worth $33,495. Not bad, right? Here's where it gets screwy. Tillman claims her car got bounced around from Australia to San Francisco to Pasadena before being delivered to her.

A year later, Tillman says she took the car in for some maintenance work, and was told by her local dealership the car had "existing front end and structural frame damage" and that the repairs had been done in a way to "conceal or hide the damage by persons unknown."

Tillman is suing the show, CBS, the car dealership and the transport company, claiming negligence and breach of contract and seeking unspecified damages.

CBS declined comment. The owner of the dealership in question tells TMZ there is "no record in any way, shape or form" of the car being damaged. A number for the car transport company could not be found.

46. I love the way people JUDGE others without getting all the facts! (What a joke.) First of all, she wouldn't notice any damage until she took it in, so the duration (3 years) is mostly irrelevant. (People, please use BOTH HANDS when pulling your heads out of your behinds.) Secondly, if the PIR and the dealer are no longer liable, then fine. The woman is definitely not a bitch. She may be trying to get away with something, but my gut feeling is that the car WAS indeed damged before she took delivery & it will be very interesting to see how this one plays out. (Get a clue, folks. Don't judge & don't assume.)

hey dummies, isn't the car made in australia? isn't there a big port in san fran? or do they just make the cars at the dealership while you wait? next thing she is gonna claim, they actually put gasoline in the car, in an attempt to burn up the evidence.

48. To all you IDIOTS who dont know the entire story,
First off, she is not bringing this to the public's attention "3 YEARS" later! As soon as the damage was discovered a year or so after the fact, she took action. However, just as everyone knows it takes TIME and sometimes a lot of it for something like this to even be taken into consideration. Also, she's not trying to get a "new car' to be greedy or because she "wrecked" it herself but rather because she supposedly won a new car, paid taxes on that new car, and has also never had a new car in her entire life and took pride in that being her first!! We all know about our "firsts". Anyways, what I'm getting at here is if you dont know all your facts or don't know what your talking about then I suggest you keep your lil' comments to yourself. Although, this is a forum and everyone is entitled to their own opinion....I guess I am just on the defense because I know the truth and know that she is not some crazy b**** just trying to get some money out of people. Its legit and she DESERVES WHAT SHE WON!!!!!!!!!

Oh yea, and for the STUPID a** who said that its probably a scam since she is from WA and hired a California attorney.......YOUR AN IDIOT!!! If you know much about the law and how it works in situations like this you would have known that she had to have an attorney from the same state as to where the lawsuit was taking place. She couldnt get one from home you blabbering jerk!! But thanks for tryin......

49. I am familiar with this dealer and have done business with them, along with my family and friends for quite a few years. This is not some deaer Giant with clowns standing outside on the Saturday waiving people in and people getting screwed at.

This is a small family owed low key dealership. They have people throughout the dealer with10, 20 and 25 years at the dealer. How many other dealers can say that. The news media and public sure have bashed a dealer name who does not deserve it. They wont lose my business.

As for all you non Americans out there, we this thing it goes "Innocent until provenn guilty". This is not the type of dealer to do these kind of things.

Not saying this lady is trying to pull a fast one, however, a body shop said there was damage prior to accident he was going to do repairs for. Not there was prior damage before she took delivery. Does she have a son who might of taken a joy ride, crashed and got repaired while mom was on a vacation. Who knows, not accusing, but nobody knows.

Would the transport company have time to crash it, find a bodyshop willing to not report it, get all the parts, do the repairs and then get the car up to here looking new? WOW!

Would the Price is right tell a dealer it is ok to send a damaged car? Her whole story seems too far fetched, but I guess time will tell.

50. This woman (Donna Tillman) sounds like a real glue sniffer, she really should do her homework before she makes an ass of herself in court, First the Pontiac GTO is built in Austrailia then enters the US west coast in San Francisco CA then gets shipped to the west coast car dealerships, her lawyer should know that. Second, these dealerships typcally make zero to little profit on these deals it would be mindless for car car dealership to risk it's business on a freebee. I think this lady must have done this to her own car and is just moochy enough to try to get someone (anyone) else to foot the bill. People like this are disgusting. How many of us have won a free car? Hey Donna I hope you choke on it.

51. Donna,
When you win your lawsuit, go out and buy that 1967 Goat you really wanted! I saw that piece of crap you won in 2004. I fully support your guts for not putting up!

52. Hey Jackboy, you're retarded... Donna is not a glue sniffer nor a scam artist... She won a car that was damaged by someone that is not related to her... Donna is a respectful person and would not purposely try and rip someone off. Why would she spend money to try and get what is rightfully hers even if the case got dropped.

Everyone loves Price is Right, but I think TMZ is right by saying the Price is WRONG.
