Estrada's Son Has CHP On Shoulder in Mid-Air

Erik Estrada's son has attracted law enforcement, but not in a CHPy way.

Sources tell TMZ Brandon Estrada was on a Northwest Airlines flight last night from L.A. to Memphis. We're told the 20-year-old Estrada became "unruly" with the staff during flight, forcing the plane to be diverted to Oklahoma City because of the incident. We've confirmed that Feds did board the plan when it landed, but we don't know if Estrada was taken into custody.

This afternoon Erik Estrada told TMZ, "My wife and I have been informed that our adult son Brandon has been involved in an incident. Brandon informed us recently that he has had stress and pressure at college." Brandon attends USC.

Erik continued, "We're told he has elected to see an on-campus psychologist, which I told him was a good idea." Estrada says he was unaware until today that his son was on meds for stress and depression.

62. We met Eric on a flight from Fort Lauderdale to Atlanta. He seemed like a nice enough guy, These comments indicate not only is Eric's son unruly but so are you people. GET A LIFE. Making comments like most of these tells me that most of you are unruly and pathetic......why waste your time with mean!!!!!!

63. A bad panic attack multiplies fear of flying about 10,000 percent. Poor kid. A panic attack is an INVOLUNTARY response, and is not indicative of bad behaviour in any way, if that's indeed what happened here. It presents as a dire medical emergency, and is grossly misunderstood.

Sounds like he's hurting - USC has been made aware, better keep a close eye on this one.

65. I was on that flight and sat across from him. I have recorded the arrest with my video phone! We had to sit on the airplane for four hours in OKC. Anyone interested in the video?

66. Im glad his parents are behind him and support their son. I feel the actor and his wife have acted professionally and appropriately during a situation that is very simply, very serious. To have a flight delayed or transferred is nothing to cast aside.
