Hayden Panettiere went through LAX yesterday where she encountered a mildly inappropriate touchy-feely airport security officer. Tell a parent!

The woman -- Nurse Ratched with a walkie-talkie -- helped Hayden through security and put her arm around the "Heroes" star ... and left it there ... for a very, very long time. There was occasional rubbing involved. Two words: Awk ward.

Remember kids: there is good touching and bad touching.

17. You could tell the woman knew Hayden and the other guy. Celebs travel frequently and probably get to know many of these airport employees. You people have to realize TMZ loves to create gossip and stories out of nothing.

18. Oh man, I totally got felt up by a female security guard at LAX in front of everyone. Apparently the underwire in my bra triggered the alarm; she totally cupped each of my boobs. It sucked.

23. I know that lady in red ! She works for the airlines and does not have any affiliation with airport security or any security team of any kind. She does rub up to every celebrity that fly's the friendly skies. She has done this to Kirsten Dunst and she had the same expressions as Hayden, although some celebs like her services.
