18. She looks like a HOT MESS all around - can't believe the hair was the only thing TMZ found wrong. Let's talk about her meaty read complexion or the red shoes she wore to match her skin instead of finding something that matched the dress. And that dress? Looks like picasso started designing burlap bags. blech. And maybe she should save that GI-NORMOUS toothy grin for social situations and tone it down when her photo is being taken.

21. I am not sure we can equate being a drug addict with dark roots. Not an equal comparison. I do my hair and I do not care for the dark roots at all. My haridresser showed me many pics of that "look" last summer. He said it was some kind of fashion statement but I agree. I don't care for it at all.

24. i love the girl but you can tell her stylist had the day off. for her hair, she should go back to the basics with a nice brown color with some lo lights. the purple dress doesn't flatter her body at all. she looks like a grape popsicle. she has the body.. why not show it off a bit, and what the heck was she thinking... i know red mixes to make purple... but jeez. who the hell picked out her outfit... stevie wonders?! I do agree with everyone though, she could be worse... she could be *gasp* BRITNEY SPEARS!!! bum bum bum!

26. Take a hike TMZ and the rest of you who WISH you could meet or be Piper. Anyone who knows her or has met her is aware of how adorable and nice she is.
FYI sometimes she has to change her hair coloring etc. because, you know what, - she's a working actress. None of that matters because she will wear her hair and whatever else she wants how she wants.
And, it's a birthmark / scar (sometimes she covers it and sometimes she doesn't).
