His SCRAM bracelet was removed back in October -- but Tracy Morgan was seen last night wearing a new one, so what gives?!
Ok ... so it wasn't exactly Tracy Morgan, but his "30 Rock" alter-ego Tracy Jordan. Tracy J was sporting a new ankle accessory in last night's holiday episode. Talk about art imitating life!
TMZ contacted a rep for the show who says the SCRAM device used was not Morgan's actual alcohol monitoring device and was only a prop.

2. Best show on thursday nights. Did anyone else notice the map of people wearing the Scram devices? It had Lindsey Lohan, Michael Lohan, Dina Lohan and Michelle Rodriguez located in Hawaii, LA, NY, and Utah. I hope this show keeps on going.
