Tracy Morgan SCRAMed Again?
His SCRAM bracelet was removed back in October -- but Tracy Morgan was seen last night wearing a new one, so what gives?!
Ok ... so it wasn't exactly Tracy Morgan, but his "30 Rock" alter-ego Tracy Jordan. Tracy J was sporting a new ankle accessory in last night's holiday episode. Talk about art imitating life!
TMZ contacted a rep for the show who says the SCRAM device used was not Morgan's actual alcohol monitoring device and was only a prop.
