He didn't murder anyone. I do know that God is about forgiveness, and if the perpetrator is GENUINELY sorry (REPENTANT) and sincerely asks God for forgivenss, God will forgive, according to everything I've read. So if you believe there is a heaven, and there is a God, perhaps he did get in.
