There is an incredibly ugly side of the tabloid world. TMZ along with other celebrity media buy pictures from paparazzi who regularly break laws and put the public and those celebrities they stalk in danger.

Below is just a partial list of what most paparazzi regularly do while trying to get that one unflattering and exploitive picture of a celebrity:

Paparazzi stalk celebrities no different than any other criminally insane stalker would,
Camp out in front of celebrities homes,
Go through trash cans of celebrities,
Fly through red lights to get a picture,
Drive on the wrong side of the road to get the picture,
Scream at celebrity children in order to get pictures of them crying,
Harass, intimidate and push the buttons of celebrities in order to get them looking uncomfortable, angry or scared and any other emotion that is less than flattering.

How is this legal?

Tabloid sites such as TMZ, PerezHilton.com and most other tabloid trash sites would rather get pictures of a celebrity at their worst in order to attempt to destroy them and their careers than acknowledge the fact that if it weren't for that celebrity they wouldn't even have a job.

Clean up your act TMZ, otherwise the law will.

Wow, #3 you hit some good points there. I would like to say that x17online.com usually does try to get good pictures of celebs and write nice things about them.

Go there!!! There's the real story on Britney not getting in the 4 Seasons at first. She was able to go in the way she usually goes in, just not the back way. She went in and ate at the end of x17's video. I love it how Perez only shows the part he wants to show! Go Britney!!

#3 I concur, that was very interesting stuff you have. It's the American way to destroy a person career just to rebuilt it all over again for more of an affect. The explosive of all these gossip sites have fueled the nasty and craziness of the paparizzis to a dangerous condition.

Either one of those Hilton girls could hop in my van, at any time, day or night...........

I am glad we have JustJared and PerezHilton with the same news and movie clips as they don't make you watch a commercial before seeing the video clip like TMZ

TO--Clean up your act TMZ commenting--whomever you are. You are full of _____!!!! TMZ and Harvey Levin have never given a false story or photo shopped a picture of any celeb. etc. Did it ever occur to you that famous celebrities who constantly subject themselves to the most public places and complain about the paparazzi and the media are doing it for publicity --you dumb____. Rock on TMZ. There have been so many times that I have wanted up dated stories on the week-ends and I can only find out- dated stories on the other celebrity news threads.

#3 - I agree with you. Harvey Levin, AOL Media, Telepictures and TMZ itself should not be proud of what they're doing. It's simply garbage.

Do you ever wonder why any other reputable entertainment show or website never covers this trash? Because it's not worthwhile.

Look at ET, Access Hollywood, E! News, The Insider, People Magazine etc... they would never subject celebrities and the general public to such distasteful journalism.

Exactly how was Paris Hilton embarassing herself.
