And for your edification Frank Davis - the concept of not identifying rape victims is a JOURNALISTIC PRINCIPLE and is not "the law" any place .... journalists (real journalists, not people like Harvy Levin) have long understood the societal ramifications of revealing the id of sexual assault survivors, thus the PROFESSIONAL POLICY. It has absolutely nothing to do with whether a criminal complait has been filed. It's called having PRINCPLES and TMZ clearly has NONE !!!!

45. So if you have a REALLY good fake ID the charges don't stick? What the hell is that? Not only are the under agers in trouble but the Establishment should be too. Underage is underage. But when you grease the palms of the CACBC people, you get away with it. They don't care about the age of these kids. It is all about the $$$.

These Night Clubs need to be taken down. If a Teen can get away with something they will take it to the max.
