Alleged Rape Victim Loves to Party at Les Deux

Turns out the underage patron accusing the owner of Les Deux of rape and serving alcohol to minors is a regular at the joint herself. Shocker, we know!

19-year-old Skye-Anne Smith plastered pics on her Facebook page, showing that she parties there like a mutha 'til the wee hours. A bold move with her being underage and all.

An attorney for the club tells TMZ: "Minors are allowed inside. It is not a club, it is a restaurant. She has been on the party circuit for a long time. I think she implied to the police that she had never been there before, so I think these photos will go a long way toward clearing the civil charges."

We contacted the California Alcohol Beverage Control Board today and they told us they're investigating the alleged incident -- and putting a bunch of other celeb hangouts under a microscope. The spokesperson says they've already dragged several young'uns out of the club who had been drinking, but the charges didn't stick because they had "really good fake IDs."

46. I bounce in the bars in NY on the weekends and kids come up with very good fake ID's all the time. Some get by and some don't. But even at that the bars can get fined a lot of money and even shut down for a few days or weeks for having underage kids in the bars with fake IDs or not. Until they make carrying and or using fake ID's a crime (misdemeaner obiviously)...undeage kids will continue to try and sneak in bars.

48. First of all, what is a minor doing in a club?
It's my understanding that these clubs check id's and only really allow celebs in the door.

I think the ABC needs to start cracking down on all these club anyway , to much is going on behind closed doors.

As or the alleged rape, I think this young woman has some serious mental issues and is a want a be. You got your name out there and I think that's all she really wanted. I don't think any person would risk their business by doing something as stupid as rape.
Let's see, now her parents will sue (where were they when she was slipping into clubs as an underage minor) or they will settle out of court should these charges hold. WHAT A JOKE!

while I agree it is stupid to make yourself so vulnerable, that doesn't eliminate the RESPONSIBILITY of a man NOT TO COMMIT A CRIME

you can't steal someone's money if they are drunk, you can't steal their car because they fell asleep in it with the keys, and you can't assault them!

it may be TMZ's right to question this girl because it is a civil case, but it seems in poor taste since their 'questions' merely involve her poor judgment, not the validity of the accusations

52. Okay all of you need to stop freaking out about TMZ posting the picture of the girl on their site. This alleged "rape victim" has her picture splashed all over Facebook and Myspace, so what's the difference? She is exploiting herself all over the internet on these social networking sites, but the second TMZ puts her picture up, their the big bad wolf? Gimme an effin break.

58. My daughter had to be pick-up from the ER after a "club night" at les deux. She has no memory of what happened. Days after this we found 4 fake, but real looking ID's in her wallet, She said the club owners at les deux gave them to her. So TMZ why don't you do some real investigative reporting and expose these perverted criminals that prey on 18-19 year old girls.

59. I'm still confused as to whether or not Les Deux is open to 18-20 year olds. In an earlier post, it states they are a restaurant not a club so it's open to younger people. I read elsewhere that it's 21+ or accompanied by an adult. So if you're 20 and accompanied by someone over 21, will you be admitted.
