Daniel Baldwin just got a huge break from the judge. He deserves it!


L.A. County Superior Court Judge Nancy L. Newman just recalled and quashed the warrant that had been issued for the actor on December 7.

Baldwin must re-enroll in a court-ordered drug program.

UPDATE: Baldwin told the judge, "I didn't know I was supposed to call the court myself. I plead ignorance."

16. I heard that Daniel was a born again Christian, now too. I thought that two of the Baldwin brothers were now born again Christians... Stephen and Daniel. No??? Maybe I was misinformed...

Stephen is the nicest, Daniel is (by far) the cutest, and Alec is just an angry, stupid, liberal jerk.

22. I have seen him in town in malibu ( Nobu, and Trancas Starbucks) and he seems to make progressive strides. Do you clowns from god knows where who have not been in contact with him have a right to make claims???
