Brit Gets Gas -- Kaplan Ready to Give Some

The buzz we're hearing is that K-Daddy's lawyer is going to court tomorrow to send a message -- there are consequences when you party the same day you say you're too sick for court.

If you recall, last week Britney was a no-show for her depo but later that night, she hit up two gas stations and the Four Seasons Hotel. We're told tomorrow's hearing in the custody case is all about that night. From what we hear, Mark Vincent Kaplan may ask the judge to prevent Brit from regaining any custody until she sits for her deposition.

He may also try and block Brit's lawyers from taking depositions on the K-Fed side until their client takes the oath.

Tomorrow could be very interesting.

108. Brit can not drive in public with the kids nor outside without the paps hounding her. I think they should bring it to both of them on days they dont have the kids at the home.

109. How many chances do you need to miss up your kids? This is getting comical, remember it is not about Britney or KFed, but what is right for the kids! Both parents should not have custody!

116. The problem is getting to the depositions. The press should not be informed. If there are leaks and there are leaks who ever tells the press about the depositions then they should be sanctioned too. Kaplan is leaking the info to sites and press like TMZ. also, if keven federline hassnt then she shouldnt either. Also KFED should not try to keep the kids from brit. He shouldnt have custody either if he hasnt been deposed either. Also i would depose shar jackson as well as some of his coworkers on OTH and also use the private eye to get depos of those who serve him drinks and etc.

117. She really is an idiot, and needs to learn that there are consequences when you flaunt your disobedience of the court. I hope this comes back to hurt her in a big way regarding custody. It just goes to show how irresponsible and immature and self-centered she really is, and that she should NOT have custody of those boys. The type of example she sets for them as a parent is disgusting.

It's bewildering to me how a mother who claims to want her children back so badly can make so many obviously wrong choices, especially knowing that she is constantly being filmed and photographed. You would think that with her future with her children at stake she would behave quite differently in public and really play up the characteristics the court wants to see in her. My feeling is that either she is a substance abuser or mentally ill, but sadly it could quite possibly be that she has no clue as to the effect her actions have on the court process, or even that she doesn't care. Some people are so self involved that they have no clue as to how what they do affects others. I'm really rooting for Britney to change her life and get help, not because I am a fan, but because I think her sweet children need a stable Mother in their life and that she is going to self destruct if nothing is done, and that would be tragic.

119. People are saying how good her new video is and for the majority of it she just stands there doing a few lame dance moves. It has got to be the most effortless video I've ever seen. She's just plain effortless period. What a bore.

120. I can only imagine what the out takes were like! Watching idiots fall on their ass is sort of a hobby of mine. If they release a blooper reel, I might actually consider buying that-as long as there are no night vision styled shots! Laughing's fun, vomiting...not so much.
