42. I LOVE ALL OF THE POSTS TELLING PAM ITS TIME FOR PLASTIC SURGERY! These are probably the same people who talk about "looking so fake!". So what DOES the public want?? She looks rough. We all do sometimes. Being in the spotlight 24/7 would have to suck because you just can be a normal person.
