48. Britney must be on some serious drugs or is just plain stupid!!! Anybody with half a brain would know that it would get back to the Judge that she was out partying after playing sick the same day!!! She obviously does not care about her children. I feel sorry for her children. She obviously does not want them and KFed is just using them as a mealticket. The poor kids are growing up without love. I would not be surprised if they grow up to be serial killers with Britney and KFed as their parents!!!! What chance do they have? I think that Britneys Mother should step in and fight both Britney and KFed for Custody. At least with Britney's Mom raising them they will go up to be insane drug addicts instead of serial killers LMAO!!!! Seriously though the kids need somebody else raising them instead of Britney and KFed if they have a chance at any normal or successful life!

51. maggs323 I agree it's scary that a judge has not looked into who the leak is(not that we don't know) and then using media coverage to base a decision on especially involving kids...no fan nor an enabler but this woman is unstable and they are using that as leverage I also believe they have the paps hard on her ass at this point...

52. To comment #19 - not much is being done by Britney's lawyers. Why? Because Britney won't do what her lawyers tell her to do. So why should they bust their butts trying to get things turned in Britney's direction when she won't do the right thing to help them?

Britney isn't going to find a good lawyer that will represent her. They aren't dummies - they know that to work for Britney would be the biggest headache ever - no matter how much money they would be paid, it would not be enough to have to put up with her.

She is in a lose-lose situation and all if it her own doing. Nobody helped her into this quagmire she is in. Don't go defending her saying that if it weren't for the media, TMZ, the paps, etc. Britney would do better.

That is just a lot of bull. Britney is not going to do any better until she admits she has screwed up big time and becomes accountable for actions. And then takes the necessary steps to get the help she needs. And Britney is never going to do that. She will continue to gather people around her that will do whatever she says and wants. If they don't, they are outta there.

Truly those of you who come here to defend Britney need to realize that you are only enabling her in her behavior. You really need to take off those rose colored glasses and see the reality of this entire situation.

It is not pretty. And it will not get any better until Britney steps up to the plate and faces the consequences of her actions.

For those of you who come here screaming "where is her family, why aren't they doing anything". She has slammed the door on anywho who has tried to help her. Until the Commisioner takes necessary actions for Britney to be forced to get the help she needs, this will be a neverending soap opera.

56. A video is used in court regardless where it come from if it can help the proceedings. It's better then an eye witness. If TMZ had a negative video of K-Fed it would be used as well. Get a grip people.

57. Britney didnt do anything wrong that night. She had anxiety problems during the day and couldnt go to her deposition. It happens. Anxiety doesnt usually last for a whole day straight. It comes and goes. So what if she went to the gas station and hotel? She wasnt out partying. TMZ is trashy and needs to say things how they truly are.
