347. Quit blaming JL - It is an unfortunate situation, but as far as your own children go, you only have yourselves to blame! If you are so worried about JL's 'influence' (and other celebs too) then turn of the dang television and do something productive with your child instead letting it raise your kid. Encourage them to read or have good study habits. Discuss what they did during their day or what they plan on doing with their lives. Isn't that a better way to ensure they make good choices -- regardless of what the Spears sisters are doing?
If your child is that much of a sponge with whatever's going on in the Hollywood scene, than you obviously did something wrong!

348. Wow, all of these people still all up in Jamie Lynn's ass for making the same mistake that happens daily. If she weren't famous, or Britney's little sister, none of you would care what she did with her life. And I don't see why you're saying that she's the one that influences young girls. First of all, get your kids from in front of the TV and talk to them about sex and the like. They might still end up in the same situation, but at least then you'd know you did your best.

Also, where is all of this talk about her having unprotected sex coming from? How many of you were there when it happened, do you know if it was unprotected? Condoms break all of the time, so pull your heads out of your asses.

349. I will not condemn a 16 year old because she is pregnant, but to flash it across her chest like it is a badge of honor is not entirely correct either. I just can't understand where her mother is in all of this. Did she ever tell any of her children anything about sex and responsibility? Do they know there is such a thing as a condom? To say that she never thought Jamie would do anything like this because she always honored her curfew shows how out of touch with reality this woman is. What does a curfew have to do with sex? This girl travels all over by herself, unescorted, all the time. She has had a steady boyfriend since the age of 13. That folks is cause for alarm right there. A 13 year old should be out having fun, being with girlfriends. This family is so preoccupied with the "star" status symbol they can't see anything else. I just hope Lynn Spears has learned something in all this with her 2 daughters. I can't say she was a bad mother, because I don't even know the woman, but she obviously didn't teach them enough about life. I hope this baby is raised differently than the other 2 boys.

353. Okay people we get it and she's sixteen stop calling her nasty names it was a dumb mistake. What I hate most about this whole Britney, Jamie lynn thing is that quite a few of these mistakes we and our families, and the whole wold do everyday! I mean just becouse there famouse does not mean that they have to be perfect! We don't go around calling every one whores and bitches and stuff like that do we?
