76. you know, as far as I am concerned the Duff sisters are not that famous. There Dad has always had a lot of money, way before they had any. He is the one who funded their trips to seek fortune and fame in LaLa land. It is not surprising that he was ordered to pay alimony to his wife, who he has kept in a very high level of living their whole marriage. What is surprising is how those two ugly brats act. I am really not interested in seeing their ugly faces or hearing thier voices. PAPS, don't go getting beat up or beat down over those two. They are already fading into obscurity. They are spoiled brats who now have their own money - which means they are big spoiled brats. Although, it is fun to antagonize, now, isn't it?

77. Pure HARRASSMENT by the reporter. To keep filming after the girls put up umbrellas and then say they are acting badly? That reporter was nuts and that kind of stalking should be illegal.

78. I don't know much about these girls, but whoever said that the pap was a "pathetic loser" was right on the money. The bodyguard did not go ballistic - the pap was trying to make something happen so he could get $$$ by selling the "shocking" footage to some organization like TMZ. Yawn.

79. The only thing more funny than what tools the paps can be is when someone stomps their feet and threatens to never return to TMZ! Well good riddance! I especially enjoy the lines of 'That's it TMZ! You have crossed the line!' Like anyone cares if you go away! You are just another liar! You'll be back! I guarantee it! IDIOT!!!:

60. There should be a law against paparazzi invading privacy like this. I don't know anyone - celebrity or not - who would want to photographed at this point in their lives. It's time for some respect.

85. When will law-makers wake up and put together and pass a stalkerazzi law that will penalize TMZ's cheap tactic of sending out amateur photogs lacking moral principles to harass, bait and provoke confrontations?

But then, at least Hilary & Haylie is fortunate to have been spared TMZ's second line of assault. Missing here is TMZ's usual lambasting celebs with tasteless mockery, name calling, and mean commentary after a confrontation.

88. The jerk ohotographer had it coming. Number one, he was clearly stalking them when he wasn't wanted there. Number two, he tried to physically bypass security, so he got what was coming to him on that count. Number three, this wasn't even newsworthy, since it was their parents' case and not theirs.

Only TMZ would expect people to judge the girls harshly, rather than to judge the rude photographer harshly.

90. Good for them! They should have taken off one of their fancy Manolos & poked that A-hole of a "photographer" in the eye! Intrusive buttheads! I'm totally sure that given where they were, they weren't in the mood to be harrassed by the marauding pack of hounds snapping at their heels......Not only are these idiots lacking any sort of moral boundary, they also seem to lack any sort of respect for their targets!
