29. I have often wondered if this man ever had the mental capacity of an adult. I've never seen him have an adult demeanor like Bam's parents and felt like he was taken advantage of, albeit none of that is no excuse for this. I'm glad they are giving him an evaluation. Maybe Bam might think about it a little. I am not implying that this is anyone's fault, only that no one should encourage this guy to chug alcohol and abuse him mentally all the time, as much as he may seem to enjoy being the butt of jokes.
