Brit Ordered to Sit -- For Depo

TMZ has obtained an order in Brit's custody case -- you have to read between the lines, but based on what we know, Commissioner Scott Gordon has ordered the popwreck to sit for her deposition.

Britney failed to show for her depo a little more than a week ago, claiming she was ill. But TMZ got shots of Spears later that night partying it up. In fact, K-Daddy's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, subpoenaed our tape. In court, the Commish accepted our story without viewing the tape because neither party questioned whether our video was the real deal.

We're told Spears will take the oath and submit to the depo the first week in January. That is, if she doesn't get "sick" again.

65. Why doesn't she want her kids? I sadly conclude that she wants drugs more. In most "real life" cases where parents lose custody it is b/c of drugs.

66. Seriously, leave her alone. TMZ is great sometimes at policing the celebrities that try to get away with things that are illegal but you are just bullying Britney and have been all year. I can't imagine how hard it must be for her to leave the house with everyone following her and your cameramen are SO rude to the celebrities, always asking inappropriate questions. It's really disgusting to me and others the way you do business. I hope soon there is another website that combats this one. Maybe someone should follow your people around 24-7 and expose all your bad habits.

70. Were heading into 2008, and I said last year about Anna Nicole Smith was something going happen and it did. I feel the same about Britney, she's been in the headlines too much and people are just tired of it. Why would the media pick one person and follow them until they're dead or wish they were. I can't remember anyone in the past that the media followed like this, not even Princess Diana. Were talking about every DAMN day. We'll see , Merry Christmas!!

71. Listen up, Mama Spears! you claim that Britney is out of control, a poor excuse of a parent and blah, blah, blah. Now you have a second daughter, pregnant at 15, and living with a 19 year old man??!!!! It appears to me that maybe it isn't entirely Britney's fault she is a poor parent and has a mess in her young life. How is it that both of your daughters have little or no morals and values? Maybe it is time to search within, before you continue to trash your offspring. As the old saying goes, "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree".

Partying it up? What TMZ "got shots of" is Britney at her home away from home, the favorite home away from home of a lot of Hollywood's elite, the relaxing digs of the Four Seasons Hotel where she can indulge in five-star dining and retreat to a luxurious spa treatment and massage. That is not "partying it up." That is the perfect cure for frazzled "anxiety." TMZ's slimy photogs then followed Britney and "got shots of" her stop for gas and then followed her to a convenience store stop (a.k.a. gas station) and "got shots of" that before heading home. Is that a night of partying it up? I think not. TMZ are such lying c**ksuckers!

75. My Night Life Party Time is over ( years ago) and i have still my problems with the staff at the local gas stations. 14 Years ago in active night life scene suddenly it turns. The people at the gas stations in my town ( perhaps 10 or 20 Stations) were from one night to the other unexpected unfriendly, aggressive, tryed to block feelings and to manipulate the way of life of other peoples in the few minutes where they were in the station buildings for paying the gasoline bill and to buy a bit stuff for the rest of the night.
