Paparazzi have their place, and the picture is great showing JLH's charity work, but there really is no need. I doubt she really wanted the publicity. And I'd just LOVE to have been one of the less fortunate getting trampled just so some pap could get his or her few bucks for taking the pic.

And the comment about low cal? Poor taste, TMZ. Keep it up and I'll move on to more interesting sites. I've seen some of the guys who work for you - they could stand to skip Christmas dinner!
