Wearing one of her trademark floral print tops and a fierce black cape with some Christmasy red nails, Miss Thing is a fabulous 77 -- except for her holiday spirit -- or is she just taking paparazzi lessons from Brad Garrett?

Everybody has a bad day - who would want to be snapped as they're going about their business, preparing for Christmas? I've met Doris Roberts, at the Dream Halloween Events. She is every inch a Lady - but, she also knows when its' time - and her right - to just say NO. Clearly, the photog didn't respect her wishes - what a concept! And, I think she looks GREAT! for 77 - so cut her some slack, jacka** !

Shame on you, TMZ. Hire some guys that know how to operate a camera for God's sake and how to take a decent picture. You guys are at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to pic/video quality. My Kodak EasyShare takes better pics.
