Josh and Fergie Are Engaged!

TMZ has learned exclusively that Josh Duhamel popped the question to leading lady Fergie. There's gonna be a W to the E to the D-D-I-N-G!

Josh's rep confirmed the happy news to us, and would only say the "Las Vegas" star proposed to the singer "recently" -- and not on Christmas. She would not offer up any additional details.

Big girls do cry ... as they walk down the aisle! The two have been dating since 2004.

122. is she still with the black eyed peas or has they broken up. i understand that her joining them was an arrangement as she needed them to boost her sagging career at the time and they had been around for ages but untill her white booty came along no one was giving them any air play.. it worked for both sides and now all are happy .. fergie has gone back to the mainstream she comes from and the black eyed peas are now producers with the clout they didnt have before..with will.i am seeming to be the most high profile of them.. brilliant marketing strategy and proof that when you plan these things carefully it works..
now fergie and her man need to get a reality tv deal to follow them up to their big day to really rake in the big bucks ..

123. Wow. Fergie didn't just win a date with Tad Hamilton, she won the whole shebang. What an oddly paired romantic couple they are. Oh well, good for them.
