"Idol" Rewind: Kellie Pickler, Who?!

In her pre-"American Idol" days, Kellie Pickler got no respect ... and not much has changed.

TMZ obtained video of the ditzy blonde wannabeen from a 2004 appearance at a football game in her hometown of Albemarle, North Carolina -- where the emcee of the game pronounced her name incorrectly, not once, but twice!

Pickler was Miss Stanley County at the time, and while nobody knew who she was, she sang the national anthem beautifully.

You sound jealous as hell. Just cause you can't make it doesn't mean you have to hate on Kellie. She has a great voice and her "sob" story as you call it is not what made her famous. Her voice did. You should be proud of her instead of hating.

33. Lol, she didn't leave out any lyrics. It was edited. By the way, talking about respect, who in their right mind could respect TMZ?

34. Looking at youtube Country Music Award videos it appears Kellie's video performance has received far more viewer hits than any other country singer who was at the 3 hour show. Far more viewer hits than clowns like Carrie "bore us to death" Underwood and can't sing worth a spit Taylor Swift. This shows me people are far more interested in Kellie and her music than they are any of the others that were there that night.

The only ones not showing Kellie the respect she deserves is sleaze sites like this who can't handle how Kellie is more popular than others in country music. Just face it TMZ, Kellie's hot, and your not.

35. Nice try but this is not Albemarle High School football but rather Albemarle Middle School. Didn't the students look awfully short. Mayor Snyder always had problems remembering names.
