76. Just because you are rich and or famous doesn't mean you are smart. I even take a cab and I'm just a working gal.

77. Why is it that these celebrities think they can get away with this stuff???? Sad part is, they usually only get a slap on the wrist. Now if it were me to drink and drive, I'd be in jail.

79. The Pressure these folks feel to be a star is incredible; NO one should have to go through it; they fight EVERY day to STAY on camera somewhere. I feel sorry for them all; they are just people; like you and I.

80. I believe that this is not correct:
the article states that the person was charged on the 27th, but to be arraigned on the 31st. That seems to be too short of a legal time line. I think you meant to say that you found charges out about the charges today (the 27th).

81. Damn, as good as she looks at 48, I would love to go get drunk with her. I wonder how wild she is in the sack when she's drunk?

82. Actors in Hollywood don't get nailed for traffic violations any more than regular people do. It's just when our neighbors get with reckless driving or a DWI it doesn't make the national news.

83. These people need to be used as an example...give them a HUGE fine, time in jail and suspend their licenses for at least a year...they have way too much money to not be hiring a cab or a driver to take them home.

84. Current DUI laws are out of control thanks to the lobbing efforts of MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Drivers) and their $45MM warchest of generous contributions by ultra-conservative citizens. After a 1st offense (beyond the 0.8 limit) the next offense is ARREST with a 0.4 legal limit. What happend to the idea of "equal justice for all under the law" ? Ultra-conservative legislators who hve been at the beck and call of MADD need to be dumped in the next few elections so that DUI laws are reasonable and justice is served with common sense once again. A legal limit of .12 would work for the entire country and we wouldn't be reading stories like this every day.

Just wait till one of these bastards kills a loved one of yours and don't you dare go to MADD for help... the .08 isn't a glass of wine with dinner because it would be down by the time you left...I doubt she only had 1 or even 2 glasses of wine...apparently she was doing something or they wouldn't have pulled her over.

90. Treat them like ordinary citizens and give them long term jail time. No special treatment might make them think twice about drinking and driving
