33. I guess since a person died, it's ok for the CHP to label Brandy guilty before trial so that a couple of police officers will be in the media for a few weeks. I feel sorry for the lady and her family, yet she was driving high as hell and slammed into a car going 65mph. Then, the police decide to try to pin it on Brandy because she's the actress with deep pockets who the public would love to attack because they're not her. It's sad and though Brandy deserves to sue the CHP for slander, she can't because a girl died. In the Duke lacrosse case, someone was fired and the city was sued. I wish Brandy had recourse too.

38. its easy for most people to be upset that brandy is off the hook, but reality is if anyone were in an "accident" I don't think anyone could take fault and go to jail you can't avoid something that happens within seconds. Everyone in their own life has said: "I didn't mean to do it was an accident"? if you have then you are human, and shouldn't hold judgment. No one deserves to be punished not like this, if it were paris I think more people would sympathize more.
