47. When you rear-end someone it is ALWAYS your fault, regardless of why the rear-ending occurred.

Brandy is guilty of causing the accident, period. Even the newest finding still supports that the accident was caused by her, it just excludes distractions.

Therefore, she should serve time for Vehicular Manslaughter. She IS currently being sued in a civil case for wrongful death. She WILL lose that lawsuit.

It was an ACCIDENT not intentional, the dead lady had ALREADY HIT the car in front of her, and MARIJUANA was found in her system!!!!! why does Brandy deserve to go to jail again?? do you understand a car accident could happen to anyone, including yourselves?!! no one's a perfect driver!

54. According to Reuters "Aboudihaj was killed when her vehicle slammed into a third car, careened into the freeway's center divider and was hit broadside by a fourth automobile."

4 cars totally involved in this crash including the fourth car who hit her car broadside. Obviously if the city Attorney could prove that it Was Brandy's hit that killed her there would have been vehicular manslaughter charges.
Can anyonone on this websight say 100% beyond any reasonable doubt which impact Killed the lady?
Experts investigated as well as reenacted the situation to try and determine fault.
Yet Brandy is the one being sued for $50 million.
Brandy is the one who has had to endure 1 year of media crucifixion.
Through this ordeal she has been extremely mindful of the feelings of the womans family,
She will have to live with this the rest of her life.
Celebrity justice my ass. More like vigilante justice before the facts are in.

BTW - I am not a Brandy fan at all. Very glad she was replaced on Americas got talent.

55. Well said, Wow. The dead woman's car had hit and been hit by two other cars besides Brandy's. While the impact Brandy made was her fault, it cannot be proven that Brandy's impact upon the dead woman's car caused the dead woman's death because that woman's death could have been caused by either one of the two other impacts. They were right to drop the charges.

56. It says the woman hit the car in front of her then slammed on her brakes. She was then hit from behind by brandy. It's not her fault and besides it was probably the side impact by the other car that killed the woman. Blunt force trauma and pelvic fractures from the rear end collision, I think not. Side impact crashes without side airbags are almost always fatal or very serious. The idiots saying she should be charged, well you could easily be involved in something similar. How would you feel then?

Just because she is famous doen't mean she is guilty!!
Apparently, she was not completly responsible for the car crash....

So leave her alone!! She doen't deserve to be trated or compared as a murderer or everything Yucko mentionned...
By the way I think it is completelly stupide to compare a car crash ( caused by "accident") and a Rape, drug charges, kidnapping, assaults, forceable confinements etc...

So someone you thinks that it is right to compare such different thinks like car accident and rape must realise the stupidity of his thoughts and must think twice befoer posting such stupid comments!!!!
