Brandy's Lawyer to CHP -- You Did Her Wrong

1. People need to mind their own buisness we were not there the only thing we know is hear say if this was just a average person we would not even be having this dicussion and i dont see the lawyer blaiming the deceased. Look at it this way what if brandy did not have money would we be having this talk of course not people just seen dollar signs when this happened the money that could be made clouded the minds of others you know a quick buck. the same reason why people follow the stars around in the first place to make a quick buck. the tabloids dont give a D*** about if what they are reporting is even true the only thing they care about is how much money they can make off a picture or story even if it is a bald face lie and even if it can destroy another persons life " MONEY IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL" I bet you heard that one before

2. You people are only saying this because she is famous; If she wasn't famous you wouldn't say she should be sued or what not. No she shuldn't have been on the phone and she does admit she was driving fast but it isn't all her fault. There was a car that hit the poor lady that past and she hit someone else car as well. There was multiple cars in this incident so why is Brandy the only one being blamed here? To the person BB, was you there at the scene? I would like to know since you know exactly what happened and just know Brandy is the blame. Accidents happen that is why they are called that-a accident, its unfortunate that someone lost their life from it but this was truly a accident. If Brandy was a regular everyday person, she probably wouldn't even have been sued for money to begin with but since she does have celebrity status and money, everyone wants to blame her and put all the fault at her. She isn't the one who started the accident.

7. Her family has been under a cloud, cuz of the dumb brother of hers RayJ. Brandy was driving way to fast, as most people do. She is lucky she got off, but watch out.........a see a civil suit a coming down the highway Brandy....check your brakes.

8. I don't know if the decision is right or what....but what I am tired of is all the things that get "leaked" to the media, and on gossip sites and news programs, that lead a lot of the public into judging people before all the facts are out. It took 11 months for the cops to put out info on the crash, when the rest was "leaked".

If this story was about a "regular" person, we would be reading a lot of comments about how we need to forgive her...but since she's famous it seems automatic to say that her lawyer is " blaming the dead". The fact is the woman was at fault,its unfortunate that she didnt make it but its still a fact. We shouldnt condem brandy because she sought the truth...she claimed her innocence from the beginning. its easy to forget that celebrities are people too...and they deserve justice like everyone else.

12. Oh lets turn it around and make Brandy the victim... not the dead woman. I think it sounds more like the fault was with both women but Brandy is in no way a victim. She is alive and even though she had a tough year she can at least kiss her kids goodnight unlike the other woman. It's an unfortunate situation but I am not going to sit here and say poor Brandy. She was still going out and living her life...

14. Yeah right Blair, like we are supposed to believe you, another sleazy lia-yer. Brandy did not rear-end the dead woman's car. Brandy broad-sided the dead woman's car. There is a big difference. CHP reported that Brandy was talking on her cell phone, driving approximately 65 mph., when she caused this collision. One year later, City Attorney, Rocky Delgadillo has wiped Brandy's slate clean. Hey Rocky, elections are around the corner. We know you aspire to a higher office than being just a city attorney. We will remember you at the polls. Karma is a bitch!
