Brandy's Lawyer to CHP -- You Did Her Wrong

Brandy and Blair Berk Brandy's high-powered attorney, Blair Berk, released the following statement exclusively to TMZ:

"We are extremely pleased that after a more thorough and extensive investigation by authorities, the Los Angeles City Attorney has determined that Brandy Norwood should not be charged with any crime whatsoever relating to the accident back in 2006."

She continued, "These past 12 months have posed an extraordinary hardship for Brandy and her family, who have been unfairly forced to live under a cloud of suspicion initially caused by the ill-advised and premature press release sent out by the California Highway Patrol accusing Brandy of wrongdoing before the police investigation was even finished. However, Brandy continues to be mindful that she was so fortunate to be uninjured in this accident and there was a life lost that should be remembered."

33. Brandy drives like crap. I was in the Aventura Mall parking lot in Miami when I got to see how well she watches the road. I was coming down the lane looking for a spot and out of nowhere this silver clk pulls out without even thinking to look back. Furthermore she did not even hit the brakes once she heard my horn. She looked back and kept going. Can you say retarded. She would have nailed me if I did not jam on my brakes. Slow down Moesha!

35. Wish someone would trot the real facts by us again. I want to read the unvarnished story because I don't believe anything that the corrupt Los Angeles City Attorney puts his hands on. Someone on here mentions that Brandy was text messaging. Text-messaging at 65 mph. on the Interstate 405? What time of the day did this happen? TMZ is pretty good at obtaining reports. How about a copy of the police report TMZ?

You Drink, You Drive and You should go to jail, especially if you are involved in a crash that causes a death. Has she been ordered to attend AA? remanded to a treatment center? NOTHING.
