Everyone gets away with everything. How many people (movie stars) on a daily basis have D.U.I, drugs in thery sytem, and they get what maybe a day? California didnt want to pay the money to challenge Brandys high-proced lawyer.

The other person involved in the accidient heard Brandy saying over, over its all my fault. What, now its not her fault. I wouldnt make that statement unless I felt guilt. I hope this dead woman haunts her the rest of her life. She was speeding, and blabbing on her cell at the time of the accident. I am confused, because in my state too MI., it doesnt matter the reason, if you hit a person from behind it your fault. Their feeling is you should always be in control of you car. This would be different had a person hit brandy from behind, and plowed her car into the womans, but this was not the case. So what the person in front of me stops abruptly? This is why we are to be 3-car lenghts behind a car, and always prepared to stop, because good drivers know that there could be a sudden stop. Brandy couldnt stop because she was speeding, and yacking on her phone.

She has ruined this family, and the two children will never have a mother, because of her. I dont see how she can live with this. I hope sensible people will award this man and his children all of her money. No, it will not bring back the mom, but it will help.

95. The color of Brandy's skin has NOTHING to do with this tragedy. Those racists who keep name calling should crawl back under their rocks.

It seems funny that this far down the road from the accident date that she is now being found innocent when immediately after the accident she contritubted to the accident.

I think money and prestige has more to do with it. If "I" was the one in her place, I'm sure I would have been immediately charged and then gone to trial.

I'm sure she feels terrible. She should be accepting the same punishment that ANYONE without money or fame would get. This two tiered system in California makes me sick to my stomach.

I'll keep the family of the deceased Mom in my prayers.

Brandy: My personal opinion ......... you should use this tragedy to promote something good. Show the world that fame doesn't or at least shouldn't BUY freedom. Take your punishment. Don't try to get out of it.

For the 100th time....she was not...it was investigated...she was not speeding, talking on her cell, or distracted...ALL OF THIS WAS INVESTIGATED and she was CLEARED.
