Britney went off on paps this week -- bitching them out as she tried to snap a pic of a mural -- but then decided to bring one of them to her hotel room for a night of partying.


Jamie Foxx celebrated his fourth 40th birthday party in Vegas, looking more like a 21-year-old than someone heading over the hill.


Britney was "scared" after a pap snapstorm outside a Thai restaurant. All of L.A. was a little less scared -- after she opted for the passenger seat of her car.


Celebs vacated Los Angeles for the holidays. The only people TMZ could find out on Christmas Eve were two Jewish guys.


A trifecta for Britney! The popmess drove around Sunset Blvd. with her trunk open, parked in a handicap spot and went shoppin' for the kids.

20. why, oh why, do people continue to wonder why "someone" doesn't tell Britslut she's acting like a nutcase? She is supposed to be a grown woman - for cripes sake, she's got two kids of her own! If she's old enough to make $$$ and have kids, shouldn't she be capable of knowing how she is acting? What is SO funny is people feeling sorry for her. Do you actually think the Paps just "happened up" when the loon was shaving her head, or driving 'round with the trunk up, or parking in a handicap spot? Her "people" call the paps so they will be there and give her the attention she craves. She's just too stupid to realize it may cost her the children. I hope it does. Their dad may be a loser, but at least he's interested in taking of them. She certainly isn't.

24. so im surprised no one noticed, but this is the same guy that went in the bathroom once with her. she pulled a pap into some public restroom and then he helped escort her to her car. i wonder how long this has been going on and if she's been tipping him off on her locations?

25. people need to leave britney alone,she cant even take a photo,or go to the store,everyones saying shes on drugs but as much as she gets stalked wheres the photos of the drug taking,everyones so concerned with how much they will get for the next big moment that they are stealing her normal life,takingf her pic is getting old
